Bookings and Refund Policies and Conditions.
All Large Group, Bare Boat and Catered Charters require a confirmation deposit.
Bare Boat and Catered Charters (exclusive)
- A $250 deposit (Cheque or Direct Debit) is required on all Catered Charters.
- A full refund will be given if Sea'scape Dolphin Watch cancels the charter for any reason.
- If the charter is cancelled within 21 days of the charter date a $150.00 refund will be given.
- No refund will be offered if the charter is cancelled within 7 days of the charter commencing.
Large Group Bookings (non-exclusive)
- A large group booking is one where your group is offered exceptional rates for groups larger than 25 passengers. The cruise is 'non-exclusive' and therefore open to the general public cruising schedule.
- All Group bookings require a $100.00 deposit (Cheque or Direct Debit)
- A full refund will be given if Sea'scape Dolphin Watch cancels the cruise for any reason.
- If the cruise is cancelled within 7 days of the booked date a $50.00 refund will be given.
- No refund will be offered if the group booking is cancelled within 3 days of the cruise commencing.
Credit Card Facilities:
Customers can pay by credit card by providing their card details when making a booking with Seascape. On payment a receipt and
booking confirmation will be emailed.
